  What are Hopper's hours of operation?
 
We are open Monday to Wednesday & Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm, The first and last of each month Saturday 7:00am to 12:00pm (Seasonal*) and closed Sunday.
 
*Seasonal hours vary year to year but as a rule of thumb Easter to Thanksgiving Hopper is open on Saturday. 
 


  What does Hopper Building Supply sell?
 
Door, Windows, Siding, Stone, Roofing, Decking and Railing. Visit our showroom for samples and displays.
 


  What is Hopper's delivery area?
 
Mainly Northwest Indiana however we do deliver to Chicago and most South suburbs. The following cities are typical delivery areas: Lowell, Crown Point, St. John, Schererville, Highland, Munster, Hammond, Gary, Valpariasio, Portage, Demotte, Rensselaer, Grant Park Il. Beecher Il. 



  What is Hopper's return policy?
 

  • Must have an original invoiced receipt. 

  • No returns on special orders. 

  • No returns on stone veneer. 

  • No returns on entry or interior doors. 

  • No returns on windows. 

  • All products being returned must be clean, undamaged, and in original packaging. 

  • All shingle returns may be subject to a restocking charge or fee. 

  • Some returns may be subject to a restocking charge or fee.

  • All Diamond Kote returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be within 90 days of the invoice date. 

  • Diamond Kote sheet goods, soffit, custom colors, and painted items are not returnable. 

  • All returns are subject to inspection and discretion of Hopper Building Supply.
